Angry Where to connect ground wires? 99 Chevy Blazer (pic included)

Hello, recently I replaced my fenders and front frame on my 99 chevy blazer. As I was putting it back together I couldn't figure out where these ground? wires go. In this picture, this is underneath the battery mount. I know one of these wires the black one I think (circled in purple) mounts to the front frame where I circled in red. But I cannot figure out where the red wire (circled in yellow) mounts to...or do they both mount together to the spot circled in red? Any help would be much appreciated so I can get this thing all put back together. Thanks!

P.s. You can probably tell I don't really know what I'm talking about, so if you need more pictures let me know and I can post better one.

Typically red is a positive wire so it might connect to the battery.

Update! So I was wrong about one thing. both of the wires are black, for some reason I got confused and thought one was red. Circled both of them in red on this picture and circled where I think both of them mount on too in yellow on the frame. Anyways still don't know for sure where connect too.

Oh, you can ask.....

It's a 99 factory service manual. eBay is probably the best place to look for a set. The 99 model year should have three volumes to it.

Edit
There is actually a set for sale right now. Not a bad price either...

There is nothing like the factory manuals!

3 Volume sets are usually $100+ used. I have mine!

Alternatively a lot (not all) of the same info can be found in a AlldataDIY subsription.
