Would this keep me from having to do the quad beam mod?

That's a H4 bulb, so it won't fit in your headlight housings.

They have more than the H4 bulb. They've got the 9005 and 9006 bulbs..
EDIT:Wait.. why do I even need the quad beam mod? Why don't I just buy a 9005 and 9006 xenon kit?

The reason you need the quadbeam mod is because the hids take about 5 seconds to get bright enough to be useful. You do the mod so that the lows stay on while the highs warm up. It makes it so you are never in the dark.

I see.. I think I'll just get a 35w 9006 lo and a 55w 9005 hi so there will be an actual difference in brightness.. I'll probably barely ever use the hi's anyways.. Should I get 6000k or 8000k?

It depends on if you want the look, or the brightest you can get. The farther away you get from 5300K the dimmer they get.

Yeah, mine are the 55w hids, so the color is a little 'washed out' according to ddm tuning. Check out their site as to what the different colors are and how they look. I like the 8000k myself. (obviosly )

Should I go with DDMTuning or HIDExtra? DDM seems like they would have better customer support.
