More details. Lift, lower, stereo, paint, how much knowledge do you have, etc... We can't help you if all you give us is your year make and model without any idea of where you want to go, haha.

Some people lower 4x4s too... that's part of the information we'd need. In your initial post you didn't specify 4X4. (see what I mean that we need more specifics? You can't expect us to go searching your garage for information)

As far as lifting, check the thread in the lifting section marked "START HERE - lift kit list"

it should give you all the information you need. What to buy, etc. If you have any specific questions after you've studied that thread, feel free to ask.

I started by fixing everything that is broken and doing tune ups on all lubricated parts. Here is a link to my build and what I have done so far.

If you still have dex cool coolant get that crap flushed and throw in a new thermostat. It has been known to eat the intake manifold gaskets as well as other things.

I would for sure start with one of those ******** that hang from the hitch, they are pretty sweet.

A little time and research spent here will dispel that myth.

So THAT is the nice way of saying that... I kept trying to respond but couldn't find a way that didn't involve namecalling, haha.
