^spent $50 bucks on a 1978 honda cb 550k and have spent over $500 trying to get it going (still isn't) so yes I know about paying too much.
<finally found out the oil being spit out of cylinder #1 on said bike is seeping past dry rotted oil seals in the bottom of the cylinder, I forsee a full rebuild of engine.
V has had what he thought a cheap project turn very expensive very fast but like me doesn't mind it cause it's the learning experience that's the most satisfying.
