Thanks! I bought the AK on the impulse because I got a killer deal on it. I love it, but it doesn't suit me. I just like to target practice, and its way too dang loud for that! It makes a good conversation piece when I bring it out though!

You will not be disappointed with the Ruger 10/22. It's by far the best rifle I've ever shot, and owned, not to mention there so much aftermarket support for them.

Doesn't suit you eh? I'll trade ya for my cheap 40.cal and all my ammo/accessories for it. lol just kidding... no really please? j/k

Sometimes you can find those real good deals. Around here there normally not legal though, ha ha. Really though it looks like the wood and everything is in really good shape, has a nice sheen to it. Not dried out like alot of ones I've seen. I worked with a guy that used to run with a street gang in Phili. He's married now, in his early 50's and has kids, married to a cop to beat all, LOL. He said when he was still affiliated he could get a full size AK at any givien time for about $100. Off cource the serial plate would have "fallen off", you know a throw away gun. Still though that blew my mind.

My 40 was an impulse buy. My buddy wanted $170. He owed me $50 so I got it for less. They run about $210 here new, and it was hardly out of the box yet so I had to get it for that price.

the gun is practically brand new, it's only been shot about 40 times in the 3 years I've owned it. It just rests in the gun case the rest of the time.

The mp5 are nice but I'm an old fashion kinda guy....I just picked up a very decent K88 also with a very battered MP44 for next to nothing.

That's a good list. I've debated on a Mosin nagant, if I could ever get one in my hands to get a feel for it. I've yet to see one in a shop or gun show around here. Still hoping after my trucks body work is done I have enough left over for a new gun, hopefully a rifle.

Helping my grandpa clean up some and found some old ammo he didn't even know he had. Old CCI 9mm luger. (sticker said $10.00 for a 50 rd box). Some older 9mm JHP's and some rifle and 22 ammo. Gonna help him clean his H&R model 732 revolver he keeps on his bed's headboard, lol.

Cool

I have quite a few but my favorite is my daily carry gun, it's a S&W model 340 which is a .357 snub nose that has a titanium cylinder. It weighs in at a whopping 12 oz.
