It just depends on which Texas team shows up and which Bama team shows up. I know one thing, mental erros and stupid penalties almost cost Texas the game. The had soooo many false starts and just kept themselves backed up. Well from what I saw anyway, I was watching the game and the Ultimate Fighter Finale at the same time flipping back and forth.

 

And how many interceptions did McCoy throw. They are going to have to do a better job at getting open recievers the ball.

 

Boise State being the upset pic over TCU? That's like saying Alabama is going to upset Texas.

I hate that they have to wait 3-4 weeks before they play each other. These bowl games should start right after the weekend after the conference championships.

 

That would be nice, but I think the Cincy head coach is going to take that job.

 

You all do realize that the regular season isn't over with yet, right? The longest running rivalry in the nation will be showcased this coming weekend in which Navy will embarrass Army one more time and win the President's Cup for the sixth straight year.

As for the NC/BCS talk, I believe the true NC was played in the Georgia Dome this past weekend. The BCS sucks...period. There will not be a playoff until the money hungry conferences are ready to give up their big money bowl alligences.

 

Playoff would be great, but we all have to remember that these bowl games pay for each schools scholarships. When a team wins a bowl game, the money is divided up into the conference. Now if you wanna talk about greedy, Nortre Dame which is in the independant conference uses the Big East slots for their bowls. But when they win they dont share their money with the Big East, hence the reason why they wont join an actual conference.

 

So BSU won the fiesta bowl with a record low payout when compared to the other schools in the other bowl games. I was dissapointed that both nevada and fresno couldn't win their bowl games. At least Idaho won theirs. I think that it is time for BSU to move from the WAC to either MWC or PAC 10. Watching the bcs title game lastnight i was a little dissapointed watching these supposedly so much better teams than bsu. I was pleased to see that qb from texas man up and give his best. His lack of experience falls on the shoulders of his coach for not giving him playing time. so we are now left with two undefeated teams and the season is over!
