Haha that is very cool!
You should tie a short rope around the car and the camera as a safety device for when it decides to fall off.
You could make some real cool shots with that! You could swing it around backwards and film like that too. Doesn't look like a good spot for off road filming though! Mudspray and rocks would get to it.
