Custom making tail lights

Now the question is how to best go about doing that... have the finger solely out of the LEDs, or to paint the back of the tail light black, except for the hand, and have the LEDs light that up... Would be the easier and quicker option, but not sure if it would be the best option lol... decisions... decisions... and wife to convince lol

Link? I was an admin but I was not the owner/admin. I put one on, it got taken off and I was told not to do it again.
