I was wondering if anyone new how to disable the DRLs on a 2006 Chevy equinox?

Why would it be there? They're totally different platforms.

No prob. Buy an HID kit from hidextra.com that will make your DRLs not work at all without hacking any wiring. They are super easy to install too. HID lights dont operate at half voltage like your stock bulbs do... The kits are about 100 bucks, and you will LOVE the light you get at night. 4500k is the white, and 6000k is slightly blue in color.
