make a claim with paypal this has happened to me before start a dispute, once you do that it takes money out of his paypal account and holds it until an aggrement is met. If he dosent respond to the dispute escalate it and paypal will review it and most likely give you your money back

hell no, i called him and sent him the money through paypal and he shipped that day for me. when my brother got it the next day i put up a good review because he really went out of his way to get the injectors to me. the only thing is my brother doesn't know much about trucks so he couldn't tell if they were good or not. then i get a call from my shop and this happened.

In case it hasn't been said yet, contact paypal. They have a policy that if you use them to purchase things THEY can go after the person for your funds to be returned. This happened to me. Paypal has a guarantee about this. Call paypal, dont email. Explain the situation, they should be able to help.

how did you pay through paypal was it a credit card or a direct transfer from your bank account becaquse if it was a credit card you can use visa or mastercard's dispute process which will in most situations cover you against receiving damaged goods or items that are not in working order
