EGR valve gasket, 2 choices??

Cool EGR valve gasket, 2 choices??
Went to O'reilly autoparks looking for the EGR valve gasket and I was surprised to find out two things. 1) there's two types, one with a screen and one without 2) they are not in stock anywhere! not even their warehouse! will check at autozone tomm, but I was wondering if anyone knows which is better to get if I find it. Thanks in advance!
