my blazer was rear ended 2/23 by a new honda accord at about 40 mph. cosmeticly, just the front and rear bumpers were a bit mashed. but the tow hitch took the brunt of the impact and bent the frame and lr of the body to the point the doors didnt line up any more. insurance gave me $2500 for it, and i bought an 01 silverado 1500hd for $7350. the moral is dont leave the hitch ball in unless youre towing, and that a u-haul hitch is really strong.

That sucks, man. The exterior damage doesn't look all that bad, either.
That frame damage kills it, though.

Well, enjoy the new ride! Looks good.

my thoughts exactly Jon.

Pat (oktain) ditched his Blazer in favor of his Sierra. even Brad (zedartwo) is jumping ship to the FS crew. yet both are still around here, adding to the fun just as much as before.

btw, sorry to hear about the ***-hat in the Honda, but the new truck looks bad ***, especially in that colour. definately rare.
