So my phone played leap frog into the toliet and after leaving it in rice all day go to turn it on to see if it worked and it just makse noise like **** is frying up in it.
so now i am phoneless, desrtoyed a 700 dollar phone, and am not working so i can't pay the 75 buck deductible for a replacement

You could always try to open the case to make sure it is all dried out. I am not sure how hard or difficult it is to open up the phone. But if it is dead anyway you have nothing to lose. You should have let it dry out it the sun for a long while before powering it on. With electronics, if you can get the moisture out before powering on you have a good chance at not shorting any thing out.

That sucks, man. My brother dropped his in a full cup of water once, and I blew compressed air in it, which saved the phone. Try blowing it out, the rice probably got most of it, but forcing any left over may help.

well i found a nice thread on droidforums,net about alchol and what do with that but will take like 4 to 5 days
on the plus side my blazer has a new 02 sensor, a new upper ball joint on the drivers side, fixed the gas strap, fixed the hood so it pops night, we clamped the coolant hose. and went wheelin and mudding
