$1.859 here in central VA for regular at Marathon. I did see it at a $1.70 something in surrounding areas yesterday. I run Marathon vs Sheetz ****. I get better/more mileage for paying a few pennies more for Marathon than Sheetz.

01-10-2016---Shell reg. in South Carolina is now down to 1.639. With Fuel Perks card from Bi Lo grocery chain, I splurged and got the premium and it was only 1.7X per gal. I am hoping the magical extra additives in the premium Shell will free the sticky fuel tank arm that causes irradic fuel gauge readings.

I live in MN and I just paid $23.70 for 14 gallons ($1.68 per gallon). I had .10 cents off so I got it a little cheaper, but a normal gallon is running around $1.78.

I buy gas from BJ's, at $1.929 the other day. Around here in central western CT, there's a gas scam whereby all of the New Milford stations and most the Brookfield stations (except BJ's and Costco) set their prices exactly the same usually a dime a gallon higher than BJ's. But they're all from the same refinery; you can watch the exact same tanker trucks drive from one station to the next. My son buys Sunoco and swears if makes his 2007 Stang run better with better mileage; I can't tell the difference with my '99 Bravada.

Also, there's a definite difference in mileage between summer and winter gas; my Bravada gets 2 to 3 mpg better mileage on summer gas. It has a fuel mileage meter that consistently reads 10% optimistic; that's why I had been filling the tank all the way to the top of the filler tube, until I came across the thread on the P0440 code telling about the charcoal canister filling with gas. I haven't had the chance yet to troubleshoot my error code but suspect the main cause is likely that I have a broken evaporative line on top the fuel tank that allows gas leakage that you can see. I can consistently get 1.6 gallons more into the tank/filler neck if I fill it to the top, and my mileage, at around 19 in cold weather, means I can just barely get three days driving on my 100-mile commute and pull into the station running on fumes the third day. Now, stopping the fuel after the first or second click, I'll be a gallon or two short of completely full, and I doubt I'll be able to stretch a tank to 3 days driving. Bummer. These 18.8 gallon tanks in the Bravada are just a little too small; my old '79 El Camino had a 22 gallon tank and it was no problem to get 3 days from a tank plus some weekend driving around running errands. Wish there was a slightly larger tank option for my Bravada like 20 gallons

We are down to $1.00per litre here in northern ontario, but back in the summer we were as high as $1.35/L. Premium was up to about $1.50/L in the summer
Not sure what it costs me to fill the Jimmy as i just bought it and havent done a full fill up yet.
