Default headlight adjustment

my headlight is pointing down to the ground and i really cant see anything at night. I found the headlight adjustment screw but when i screw it in it goes no where... I can push it so it goes in but then it just comes back out, so I'm guess what ever it screws into is striped. does anyone know a work around or a place I can get a new housing? I bought projectors, and HIDs are on the way cause the lights suck on this thing and now I just need to point right.

Thanks

found it: Part No. 42119 at Advanced Auto.

First thing I would do is make sure your light is installed correctly, as in both tabs seated completely.

If you want to aim them to factory spec, here is the aiming screen print:

The height of line 3 is the measurement from the ground to the center of the bulb in the headlamp.

The width of the two vertical lines (#2) is the measurement from the centerline of the car to the center of the headlamps.

You will want to have around a 1/2 tank of fuel.
