First right -sorta- answer! It's in the skin.

1 Scrub off that layer of skin

2 wait for that layer to come off by itself

or combination of the two

But getting back to your topic on this thread. Whenever you find something to take it off, let me know what it is just in case this happens to me in the future lol.

Actually got it all off this morning. Grabbed the scrubby side of a kitchen sponge, soaped up and just scrubbed until it was raw.
