Good ol Eastern NC. Supposed to be a "blizzard" this mornin and it... rained. I think Gvegas got an inch or so and ECU got like a 2 hour delay and even no classes in some cases. It snowed about 4 inches a couple weeks ago... and was gone within a couple days... but all the drunk Marines got a kick out of it cause most of them are from 'Bama and Mississippi so they never see snow.

Yeah, they have down played the whole blizzard thing here as well. We're seeing some high 30* temps now so even if it does come up, I doubt it would be snow.

the snow stoppped on Sunday, but we never really got what they were calling for. but still a total of almost 22 inches over 4 days is better than what we've had for most of this winter so far.

it's supposed to hit 10*C (50*F) this weekend. so much for that white stuff sticking around.

considering i was about ready to wear shorts to work on Tuesday, i can guarantee i'll be wearing them if it comes close to their forcast this weekend.

It's warming up here.. in the mid 30's and 40's for the day.

The snow is melting.. and we had some rain on Wednesday when we were supposed to get wet snow.

This weekend is going to 55 here on Sunday!
