I dont know what to do any more
well, I am still going to school part time. Working full time at the dealer. But im no longer going for engineering. I changed my mind over the winter and now im going for a degree in automotive. I decided thats what i really want to do. I wont make as much but I would rather be doing something i love then making more money with something i dont like as much. So far im about a 1/3 of the way done with a 2yr degree but im looking at some other local schools for a 4yr program to transfer to.
Most freshmen screw up the first year. Your not used to freedom. Up until now you have had a curfew, your had homework that was graded, and you had someone to push you along and remind you of your responsibilities. Now that your in college you want to believe all teh hype, PARTY!
Some figure it out quick, most take a year, however if you stick with it you will survive.
Regardless the degree you get it will open doors otherwise left closed.
The best education is a technical education. You will earn teh most after school with a technical degree.
$260 a week isn't enough to support yourself.
$260 X 5 = 1,300
Rent 500
Car insurance 100
Food 400
Gas 200
Utilities (phone, electric, gas, water)- 300
We haven't included any luxuries like movies, car repairs, tires, medical bills, car payment, student loans, etc and your already 200 in debt per month.
Play with the numbers, find out how much each of those items cost in your neck of the woods.
