Reminds me of India...
Couple years ago we've been in India and on one ride we were discussing Indian traffic.
At the next stop the driver turns around and says:
"To drive in India you need three things:
- good brakes
- good horn
- and good luck."
Made our day!

Once, in either Hackensack or Newark NJ (probably Newark but. Just go with it,) thieves tried to break into and steal our 1993 Chevy S-10 Blazer Tahoe LT. (My screenname is after this truck. Always will be a good memory.)
They could not get it to start.
So.. They stole the car next to it.
True story.
We needed new window glass on the door and a new column.... always pricey.. I think like a thousand bucks maybe 1200 for everything, in 1994 prices??

That is one way to interpret it! :-)
But sometimes, the adjacent problem is related and fixing it does help in the end.
