I find it ironic that the person who started this thread is also the person that ruined the live chat feature for everyone else. This is definitely a case where the stupid actions of one ruined a good thing for everyone else.
I'm not sure when it will happen, but the Live Chat feature will be removed. A better solution may present itself in the future, but to do away with the immediate problem at hand, it has been decided to remove the feature. For those that routinely use Live Chat, I am sorry. If you still want to chat, I would try to organize with the chat client of your choice (AIM, Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, etc).
Again, I am sorry, but with the limitations of the current chat package, there really is no other way to keep stupid people from doing stupid things. And I am truly sorry for those that had to experience this one persons actions and were offended by said actions.
