hello i know this does not matter but i just tried to log on to the chat place and it said "JN763" and wont let me it said IP is rejected? what is that and why? thanks

yea i have used the chat before. the last time was about 6months ago. and when i did the admin did not like me or something and band me for no reason except for not answering his question about my name. i dont think it is fair but i know that the site is not run by blazer forum. i just think i should be able to get on now. what do you all think?

the reason i did not answer his question was because i did not get it in time for me to satisfy his time line.
