Default Looking for a forum like this for cars

I am getting a code of PO335 on qa 2004 chevy malibu 3.5 my tech II seems to not find this engine, so not sure of the code since I used a reading for a 3.4 which did show all the data in 1 and 2. So looking for some advice about that engine and where the Crank position sensor is, I thought it would be up behind the starter but not there. Any advice to a forum site that is as good as this one for GM cars thanks.

Thank you for both answers but the PO335 code still bothers me most are PO336 either way I need to test it once I find it. Thanks again.

Sounds like you have a short either at the crankshaft position sensor (back of engine on the block) or at the camshaft postion sensor (top right of engine) or a short to ground... P0335 code is the pcm not receiving pulse signal from said componets... Good Luck!
