My wife takes a prescription that is usually used for depression but was prescribed to her to prevent the migraines. I will ask her what its called tonight. She has had really good luck with it literally reducing her migraines from everyday to one or two a month and they are far less severe now. It is prescription only so hopefully that might be an option not sure. Or there's always other medicinal herbs lol!! I'll get back to you tonight

Edit: of course I only recommend the herbal method when and where its legal! Just throwing that in there

I got migranes when I was a teenager, the only thing that would cure them is some prescription my doctor gave me. I don't remember what it was though unfortunately but I remember it was some astronomical mg I had to take to be able to function.

Excedrin, caffeine, and a hot shower with the water running over your head

Amitriptyline is what my wife takes. Like I said before its an anti depressant but was prescribed to her to prevent the migraines. She takes one 25mg pill at night before bed and she says its like a 95% improvement from where she was before.

My wife would prefer the herbal treatment as well but she has one of those silly government security jobs that she can't even tell me about!! Which also means I'm prescription only even tho I've been away from it for ten years now. Owell I like the money she makes so I'm not about to mess that up!!
