Default need help on something!

well i got an 84 z28 camaro with the 350 small block and 700r4 tranny, i plan on getting the new lm7 motor (5.3 outta the pickup trucks or what not) and the t-56 tranny, and im gonna sell my 350 with intake and carb and the trannyso i can get more cash for my project, and i just want some opions on how much i should ask for the motor and tranny together or if i sold them seperatly.
i was thinking like 450$ for the engine with the edelbrock intake and carb and then like 400 for the tranny with a B&M shift kit and corvette servo i have, and prob like $800 for the both together,
you guys think thats to low ? or should i ask a little more, i have no idea
any ideas would be great!

How fresh are these items? For something that is used, $800 sounds good. If they are very recently rebuilt, then you may be able to get over a grand for the pair.

Also, is the engine a 4-bolt main or 2-bolt? That and the actual compression ratio of the engine, the heads that are on it, etc could lower the price if someone that knows their stuff looks at it. Pricing it higher may cut down on the number of prospective 'tire kickers'.

true, well its just a stock 350. 4 bolt main, idk if its ever been rebuilt recently but it runs perfect no oil leaks or anything. carb is only like a year or 2 old. but i figured those prices were pretty fair.
ill have all winter to decide but i dont mind input from people who know more about it then i do ya know?
