im on my forth day of trying to quit smoking i was smoking 2 packs a day the first day of my quest to quit i smoked one pack the 2nd 2cigs 3rd 1 cig today will be no cigs but it is hard been a smoker for 18 years and i miss the taste it is a struggle of will power and addiction I HOPE TO WIN THIS STRUGGLE

 

You can do it! At least your making the choice on your own. I'm forcing my husband to quit.

The key is to not think about it. Keep yourself busy and try to refrain from activities that you usually do with a cig.

Also think of something you want to get yourself or a loved one from the money you are saving from not buying cigs anymore. When you normally buy a pack or carton. Put that money aside instead.

Shoot, I'd give up food to get all them toys!!! I want to stick a Supercharger under my hood. I made a lot of top end room with the body lift, it could be a sleeper truck. lol

 

yes the mods will be sweeeeeeet cant wait im just going nuts doing the shopping for it the machine work and shop labor gonna hurt the most and being without my blaze while the cam is installed uhg im crazy oh yeah this is about me quiting smoking not my blazer see im loosing it hehehe

You go cold turkey, or trying some other nicotine supplement?

 

im wearing a patch it stops the nicotine wd but does nothin for the taste addiction i miss the flavor of tobacco and the smell nothing can supplement that its gonna be tuff

 

you can do it i tryed to get my dad to stop he smoked 2 packs a day also

at least i got him down to 1
