You mean to us that you cant have the cops escort you to the place and supervise while you get your stuff?As for your Jimmy you say your ex is getting nutty how do you know she wont go even nuttier and sabatoge it?It its title in your name its yours get it while you can you will be waiting for months for the courts to sort this out.By that time you`ll have nothing.Shes likely to put out a restraining order on you soon.Id say get what you can when you can and as fast as you can.The legal system is going to screw you know matter what.

Even if you dont care about your stuff , get it back and donate it to the salvation army
Keep all text messages and voice messages , avoid answering her calls so she has to leave a message
She will get hostile and then you have it recorded
REMEMBER she can also keep anything that you say or text
I would move back out of spite
IMO She can not make you leave as long as its not been abusive if you have been paying bills there and are on the lease

Tow bill was 120 bucks for 6k to my storage. I filled the 10x20 stall with ALL my stuff except the bedroom and couches, and then rammed in the blazer. I had to put the last few boxes on the blazers hood. Its RAMMED to the door.

As for the Yukon... I put a stop payment on the withdrawl. If she wants to pay it, then good for her, if she doesnt, Ill tell the bank where to find it when they call. Even if she pays it, I hold the registration till may 2014... So she cant register it.
