Paint Question

I'm painting the front of my tower case and it has some scratches from sanding it (had to sand all the paint off because I got some bad areas). Anyway to get rid of them, or should I just apply a few coats of primer and hope for the best?

primer can't fix everything, just put 5-10 minute worth of work in and do it right

But my whole question was what to do. Haha, sanding it ruined it. Well I'm past that, let it dry overnight and put it back on.
