hmm... Last night I had two Buick's crawling side by side at like 5 mph blocking the road. They weren't racing or anything, just holding up traffic. They were lucky I didn't have an old K5 with a snowplow on the front or they would have gotten a chev bowtie up the ***. I ended up using the bus stop to get around them.
By bus stop I mean one of these:

|STOP|
____________
_______________/ |ME| \____________________
R
O |BUICK|
A
D |BUICK|
_________________________________________________
lol... other than the misproportions I'd say it looks pretty good

Well turns out my little diagram didn't keep the formatting from the reply window... so here's take two.
|STOP| represents the bus stop.

People are funny in / around the Chicago burbs. Last year I had a '91 beater Ford Ranger and often times in order to keep it running I'd have to push the RPM's up by rev'ing it slightly. So here I am, absolute piece of junk Ranger, and everyone seems to think I want to race them. I don't know how many times people have absolutely floored their stock SUV's, trucks, or cars only to pass me, get in the turning lane, and signal me to follow them.

There wasn't a single section on my Ranger that wasn't dented in or had large pockets of rust and rot.

People are dumb.

Wow... resurrected. Anyway, I know, people are just stupid. I was coming up beside some traffic in the turning lane to make a left at a set of lights two nights ago after going out for dinner with my girlfriend, I was doing the posted limit trying to make the green light when out of nowhere, this guy who was doing 1/3 the speed I was just cut me off. Didn't look, no signals, the usual (funny thing is he was in a beat up ranger). I had to swerve into the oncomming lane to get around him and thank god there were no cars coming. We weren't more than 5 feet away when he cut. I didn't even have time to lean on the horn I had to swerve so fast. My girlfriend flipped him off as we swerved though lmao.

some people are just too stupid for their own good like that guy, or the 221 people that got ticketed in in st. petersburg fl for just being at a place where street racing was going on. Oh well does not matter to me these people merely serve as entertainment for me, as i wave to them getting their tickets as i drive by for doing nothing wrong

NO POSTS ABOUT STREET RACING... read the outline of the Street N' Strip section before you get this thread locked. We've only talked about incidents where individuals WANTED to race a fellow Blazer owner, not when someone has actually raced seeing it's illegal and since BF.com doesn't condone illegal activity will lock this thread.

MODS: If you have to lock it, can you just delete the previous post instead? Thanks.

Sitting at the light that had just turned red, her phone started ringing, it was behind her and it was just easier for me to get it. That's when I slipped and hit the throttle. That's also when dip **** with the SRT-4 thought I wanted to race which consequently landed him with a fine.
