Royal Knight!
So this past weekend I went on a trip to a hunt camp. Before I left my dad said he was going to Quebec City to LOOK at an El Camino (his dream car). I didn't really think anything of it until I arrived home on Sunday afternoon. I pulled into the driveway and saw this
Its a 1981 El Camino Royal Knight! The previous owner had it since 1984 when he bought it off his brother in-law. It has ABSOLUTELY no rust. The paint is a bit faded but is in no means rough. It has a Corvette 3rd brake light that makes it look that much more unique! It has 69,000 kms on it and rides like new!
The emblem on the hood is coming off because when it was repainted (recalled for stone chips) he had the package put back on but the sticker waas cheap and is faded to hell on one side.
Other than that its in MINT condition.
My dad has already purchased new BFG Radial T/A's for it and plans for a Cowl hood, Full Exhaust, and original style Radio with iPod hook up.
@Chris - It must have been a good week for vehicle purchasing lol
