Default Sierra 1500 60 psi at cold idle

Hello everyone, I'm new in this site and am looking for some feedback.

I just had the oil pump replaced in my truck because the original want pumping enough pressure, thus had some lifter noise. I had a melling high volume oil pump installed given to it that it has over 215k miles.

I noticed that it is running on 60 psi at cold idle, is it normal for this kind of pump? Also, I couldn't run it on the highway to get the oil up to operating temperature because the license plate sticker is expired.

This is why I'm recurring to you guys, all feedback is greatly appreciated.

PS. Oil and oil filter are new, I used 10w-30 on it.
