So how are y'all handling the storm?
I, myself and the wife unit, both grew up in upstate NY. So we've dealt with this kinda crap. (no that we like it, it's why we moved south, to get away from it!) But hows everyone handling the storms. Here in N Texas, we got the ice with a little dusting of snow on top of it. So far no branches/trees down in my yard. But I ran out to get propane and saw quite a few big limbs down around town. And town hasn't done anything to the roads yet. Its about to clear her and we're expecting frigid when it does. But back up to 60s by next weekend. When I went out both Blazer and TB looked like Krispy Kreemes. I had to open the hatch and get in that way so I could PUSH open the doors on the blazer. Had to let it run for 15 mins to get the windshield warm enough to clear the ice. Would have like to take the TB since it has 4x4 but since we're still paying on it I'd rather risk the blazer. I already know what ice storms do to blazer doors (2013 ice storm and my 1995 Jimmy).
