Cool "So I got pulled over" stories

So I got pulled over the other day for a "faulty muffler" here in the great city of Oklahoma City. Every one I tell this to seems to think that it was total BS. What do you guys think?

Was your muffler being faulty or uncooperative?

Take a video of your truck while running and go to court. See what the judge says.

do you have a stock muffler? I've gotten pulled over twice without a muffler at all and neither of the cops said anything about it. one was a state cop and one was a local

Yeah, bone stock every thing for now. There are no smog checks required here either. The muffler is nothing compared to what the high-po actually got me for, but I don't want to talk about that. Lets just say it was a long 18 hours.

Got stopped in BC after I moved there cause I didnt turn on my park lights at night. I was running up the street to grab a doobie from a friend to calm my nerves.

Cop - You been drinking tonight?
Me - Nope
Cop - You been smoking the dope?
Me - Nope, i quit that when I moved to BC in august.
Cop - You moved to BC and stopped smoking it?
Me - Yup, you know how many times Ive heard that here?
Cop - Why are your eyes red?
Me - I just had to kill my old sick pet an hour ago and it was hard.
Cop - Oh that sucks, was it your dog?
Me - Nope, it was my 11 year old rabbit.
Cop - A rabbit huh? Strange pet to have as a grown man, go home and have a drink, and turn on your lights too.
Me - Ill have several, thanks and see ya.

Got stopped for speeding years ago.

Cop - You know why I stopped you?
Me - Nope, but I bet you are going to tell me
Cop - Even better, Ill write it down for you, can I have you lic and reg please.
Then I got a ticket.

Well I've never been pulled over. But I will say, I've been arrested for possession. I'm currently suffering the consequences, and it sucks. It'd be best to just obey the law, but if you're gonna go ahead doing illegal stuff, think before you act, don't do stupid stuff, be safe with it. I got to go to counseling, got community service, and am extremely limited at home. But it is what it is, life goes on and I'll survive perfectly fine. Still wish I could take that day back though, cuz not only did I lose a good deal of freedoms but I lost a friend as well.

I got pulled over once in a parking lot for this as it was stated on the ticket: Driving to slow as to impeed the flow of traffic. The kicker is that it was 12:30 at night and there wer only maybe 10 other cars in the lot. I went to court to try to fight it and the judge said: What were you doing there? I said I was pulled over talking to a friend. He said were the stores open at that time? I said No it was 12:30 at night. He said then you are lucky you did not get arrested for trespassing or loitering pay the fine and 3 points on your license, next case.
You know how hard it is to live down a driving to slow ticket at 19? I can laugh about it now.
