The only thing I found a Jeep that has an advantage over is the Solid Front axel and im not even sure they are doing that anymore. (Dont hold me to it) I dont like Independant suspension because its more for comfort then offroading strenght and what not but tell that to the H1 which smashes everything!

P.S.- I got your Jeep thing and now it hurts when I pee
LOL ^^^

The Moab vid had some stock and almost stock Jeeps, the Jeeps near the end. At least one looked stock, a couple may have had -3" lifts.
There is a reason that Jeeps tend to dominate the off road scene where ever you go in NA.
And yes, Wranglers still have a solid front axle... for now. If/when they go to IFS with the Wrangler, I think it will hurt their sales immensely.

I spy lockers ; )
Seriously, you sell our lil blazers short. In my off-road club we have a stock TJ on 30x9.5's and a 2" lifted one on 31x10.5's. (thiout the aftermarket lockers) and I follow them everywhere they go, with about the same amount of difficulty. BUT, I do have to replace my idler arm after every trip...they do not. I get better gas mileage to and from the park then they do though.

Aren't those the stupidest commercials eva! Maybe if they get more women driving them home from the mall, then nobody will mind an IFS Wrangler?

Oh, by the way, lockers come in the Rubicon from the factory.

I believe you when you tell me that you follow them... they just don't wheel like me thats all! My Wrangler gets slightly better milage than my Blazer. The Jeep is lighter, but it has much more wind resistance, so that makes up for some of it. Bottom line is Blazers & Wranglers both excel at what they were designed for, as they should.

I prefer this commercial...

Land Rovers DO excel at something...

Trips to a mechanic!

I noticed you talking about the Merc forums being snobby. I noticed that at some of the Bimmer forums, also. Not so much with the older rides, but manyof them talk like they have their thumb up their ***. Real off-putting to me.
