Default Trans problem

The circle is the plug that is leaking. The arrow is the pigtail that came out.
I need some help figuring out what this electrical plug is called. I have an 86 Chevy K-10 Blazer, automatic transmission. Yesterday I was driving and the electrical plug came off and transmission fluid was coming out of this plug. The guys at the auto parts store said it was a backup neutral safety switch. The one they gave me is to short and doesn't have the right size threading. Please help if anyone knows what this is so I can explain to the parts guys that don't know how to look up parts unless its in their computer.
