To the right is Lockport Manitoba, a dam & lock system for water level control & to raise or lower boats in the river.
It flows into the southern tip of Lake Winnipeg at Netly Marsh. It has tributaries right down to the Gulf of Mexico by New Orleans & it's part of the Mississippi River. So somewhere along the line it became the Red River, but it can be traced that far. Officially I think it's 851 or so miles long.

I'm 20 pounds heavier than i want to be LOL. If i keep thinking i'm fat maybe i'll lose some weight.

I graduated high school at 220 or so. I'm over 300 now. Trust me when I say you're not fat, haha.

i need to put on weight. i literally dont eat anything healthy. i eat candy bars all the time. i go through a gallon tub of ice cream in less than a week but i still dont gain a pound. i only have like 4.8% body fat. someday my metabolism will catch up with me.
