I work as a telemetry tech in a cardiac intensive care unit in summer time and on breaks (reading cardiac rhythms and calling all codes) and am an EMT in southwestern illinois while im at school.

 

What do you specifically do? I'm picturing an ordnance technician in our fields.

 

I do second line maintenance and repair on the weapon systems.

 

im a herd manager on a dairy farm [i take care of cows]it is more work than it seems i work 14 hours a day and have 2 days off a month and im on call 24/7 to help with with calvings and other issues

 

Right now I don't technically have a job but I spend enough time synthesizing organic cmpds in a lab for other lab classes that I consider that my job.

 

Sounds like what I've been trapped in lately, working 14-16 hours a day, 6 days a week. I feel for ya man, it sucks.
