Wow I've never heard of a company letting a contract go because of the service! Haha

they have no choice but to let u go if u dont have service and u wish to leave... you're paying x amt of dollars a mth for them to provide competent service and had they had even 1 bar that's still considered service provided... deadspot = out without penalty.

I have a Samsung Fascinate
It's about as close to an iPhone as you can get without getting an iPhone.

Being an Android phone, it's much more than an iPhone will ever dream of being.

I went through the iPhone phase, I had a 3g (broke), a 3gs, and finally an iPhone 4. They're fast, but just so limited as far as what you can do unless you jailbreak them. I finally tried out the Android OS and I'm happy to say I'll never go back. Once you get a really good Android phone it'll do everything you want, Plus more.

Now, I'm not trying to start a debate by saying one phone is better than another. It's more personal preference than anything.

I like the android phones over the iphone OS. I agree saying they do more. But its reall all a matter of opinion!
