they cant. the reason they lose the central inflation, agressive tires, and go with shiney shine on rubberbands is so the recruiters don't take them out and do what they are for with them.
i took the finishest h1 out on some dunes at Dunefest '09 and was rather unimpressed by it's off road abilitys once neutered like that.....which is exactly the point. it is NOT meant for anything but showing off to high school kids
