Default Why didn't GM import the 6.2 L V8 Ute ??

I kept waiting on these to show up on US soil. But in the end they stayed where they were built. They could have been sold under the Chevy divison just like the Chevy SS of recent history. The SS Ute.

Well now....

Chevy's own version the SSR, failed, so why would they bring this one in just to watch it do the same? Enthusiasts' sales very rarely keep a car alive.

I've wondered why although there is an SUV version of the Colorado in Australia, there is not one in the states. https://www.autotrader.com/car-news/...stralia-256984

you could be right but the Chevy version SSR looked like a Cartoon character. I understand why they failed.
