I have a 2000 Jimmy with 3" springs in the front and 3" blocks in the back. I want to lower it another inch in the back. Is there something I can do to lower it another inch besides getting a 4" block?

I think you can get/make a shorter shackle for the rear leaf... And I was looking at your album the other day... did you ever finish your truck? I want pics

 

I'd say your best bet is to go with the 4' blocks. I was in the same position as you so I tried pulling a leaf out. It lowered it a little more than an inch and it was ok as long as I was in the truck by myself; put another adult or 2 in it and it bottomed out way too easily.

 

C notch it and bag it!

But really Id say building a shorter shackle would be your best bet. I don't think you can de-arch leafsprings like the belltechs and such. And not sure if you could get some made by a spring shop that would work. So the shorter shackle is your best bet. GL and x2 on pics when you figure something out.

 

When you get that low, it's best to c-notch the frame. You'll be smacking frame constantly.

 

Oh crap I thought you already had 6 inch in the back. Your only 3/3 right now. You could get a set of drop leaf springs and a one inch block. I thought you said you had 3 inch springs and a 3 inch block all in the back for a 6 inch drop. Read the OP closely Josh
