Default Torque thrust wheels and drop questions

I have a 98 4 door two wheel drive blazer. I'm about to put 17x8 in the front and 17x9 torque thrust wheels in the rear trying to decide what would be the best drop. A 2-3 or a 4-3 any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mine is 2-2 with 18x7.5 245/55/18. It rubs just a little when tweaking out of a driveway.
