Default wanna lower my 98 4x4 blazer 3/4 need some advice

well i choose to do 3/4 kit because i didnt want it to sit higher in the back ive seen blazers that sit higher in the rear i need mine to sit level but i was telling my friends what im about to do and they said i couldnt do 4 in the back because my rear end will rub the frame. they said 2/3 will be perfect i wanna lay it on the frame but i dont wanna scrap the ground or pot holes so what should i do? now i need to know what to order now i know i need keys new shocks in the front and blocks with u bolts is there anything im leaving out?

You should be able to get the same drop for the front by just cranking the torsion bolts down. I don't think 4in in the rear would cause you to rub, but then again I haven't dropped mine yet You will want to check your pinion angle before and after you put the block's on, they make angled block's for pinion correction.
