Well I have had this paperweight in my driveway for awhile now as my wife says... I have really not worked on it at all in the last 2 years due to deploying a bunch. Seeing the Army has found me unfit for further military service I will be getting out at the end of the month. I was thinking what better time to work on something seeing I will now have plenty of time to dedicate to my "paperweight". A little info about the ride: its a 82 Jimmy that has a 454 with a T400 tranny under her hood. I think the tires are 35X16X15 I think, again have not really given her the attention she deserves. The whole inside needs to be removed and replaced and the motor mounts need to be replaced also due to cracks. Again she needs a lot of work and that's what I plan to give her now. I am mainly here to see what others have done with their rides and get whatever knowledge I can from more experienced mechanics. So if anyone out there wants to scramble my brain some with a bit of knowledge bring it on, more than willing to learn. I will put up some pics when I find them...
