Smile 1991 chevy blazer long life vehicle

Hello I am new to this site and am happy I found it . I own a 1991 blazer that has 342.000 miles on it . My distributor cap shorted out and blew the head gasket on the driver side I am in the process of replacing it. Love the vehicle , it has been trouble free up till now . I work on all different types of vehichles , but the blazer is my favorite . Love to hunt and fish and this vehicle gets me where I want to go when I want to go. Very dependable. Thanks all

Wecome, and I have over 420K on my 89 s15 Jimmy. I did put a engine in around 360K and a tran around 400K. Still looks and runs great.
