Default 85' S10 Blazer 4x4 fixer up project

Hello everyone I am Jesus and live in Arizona. This past Thursday I decided to buy a 85' S10 Blazer 4x4 as a project for some mild off-road fun. The Blazer cost me $440, original owner says it needs transmission swap due to it being towed from Florida to Arizona on all four wheels. I have yet to have it inspected mechanically but will do so in a few weeks. This is a slow progress project since a lot needs to be restored and modified. So far it fires up just fine after a little bit of maintenance, interior is in pristine condition and all lights work. Background on myself, I own a 2005 Toyota Corolla has complete exhaust work with stock muffler, sounds stock. I have this exhaust because I used to be into modifying my corolla, pics below:

But I eventually got over it after many disappointments in power gains and parted out most of my aftermarket. 183whp/168tq

I then bought a 1999 Honda 300ex, just has exhaust pipe, and modified my trailer so I could tow it and shopped around for a vehicle that was 4x4 and could tow my trailer and quad, hence the blazer.

Pics of S10 Blazer 4x4 2.8 V6(heard it was a disappointing engine but for my intended use it don't matter)

Did some cleaning:

I am very new to offroad mods and the Blazer world so I will do alot of searching. Thanks!
