92 Blazer leaking fuel
My 92 Blazer is leaking fuel from the lines connecting to the tank in the rear. It seems like a hose clamp is loose on a rubber line going to the tank, or it’s leaking where the clamp is at. Is this a cheap and easy fix? What’s the best way to reliably patch/repair it? The blazer is kind of a beater so I don’t need to pamper it LOL
Seems pretty straight forward to just replace the section of rubber line that is leaking. Rubber fuel hose is cheap. While you're picking up the appropriate length of fuel hose, get some fuel line specific clamps as well rather than using standard hose clamps. Fuel line specific clamps have a more uniform crimping of the rubber line than standard worm gear clamps tend to.
If you provide some more detailed vehicle information, I'm sure we can get you a bit more detail in our responses as well. Year, Make, Model, and any options that are pertinent to the question you are asking is a must for repair related advice. It also helps us staff members get your request into the most appropriate area of the forum.

It’s a full size 1992 Chevy Blazer. I think it has the low pressure fuel system, not the “spider injectors” type system. The fuel is leaking from a section of the hose in the rear. Could I truly just simply patch the bad section of fuel line with universal fuel lines? Are those fittings easy to disconnect? I’ve never disconnected fuel lines from anything besides a fuel filter or a fuel pump.
