98 Blazer runs warm, but doesn't overheat completely

98 Blazer runs warm, but doesn't overheat completely
My blazer is often running warm, going to about 210 degrees but goes back to 195 after a minute. It does this pretty often but NEVER overheats. What could cause this? And definitely how would I go about doing it?
