Just registered today. Traded some work for an 84' K5 4x4. It is running condition. I am the 3rd owner. The guy before me had the motor overhauled, the transmission and differentials reworked, and put in a new radiator and battery. I am looking forward to doing a restoration/modification job that could very well take me several years and several thousands of dollars. I have a 4 yr. old daughter to whom I would like to give it to for her first car. I have chingos of ideas and can't wait to get started. I'm glad there is a place specific to these magnificent machines where I can get some ideas and help along the way. Look forward to speaking with you all real soon.
