Default Dead old 98 Chevy

I have no idea how this "forum" works.
all I know is that it seems to be specifically for people who own Chevy Blazers. Which I have.
Although, I seem to be having a lot of problems with mine (kind of the reason I joined this forum)

So, I've had this problem for a while now. My blazer seems to start and run fine for a couple weeks. And every now and then, it just won't start in the morning. And once it does start, it will idle alright. But when I hit the gas, it shakes and "sputters". It used to just do it while the engine was warming up. But now it does it all the time.
I've already replaced the fuel pump, spark plugs and wires, and cleaned the distributor cap.
My cel is on, and it's been on since I bought the thing 2.5 years ago.
last time I checked. It's throwing 3 codes
P0446: evap emission system vent control circuit
P0118: engine coolant sensor circuit high
P0108:MAP/barometric pressure circuit high
I don't know what any of those actually mean.
So If anyone has a clue what's wrong with my blazer. Please help. It's kind of my daily driver. So this needs to be fixed soon.
