Default driver side window motor

Hi there. Question for help. I think my driver side window motor has rivets on it. Does anyone know how I remove the rivets so I can install the new motor. And my window won't go up so right it's all the way down. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Use a punch to go through the center, then pry the rest of the rivet off with a pry bar
